  • How do I proceed if I want to book an apartment?

    You can book your apartment online through our booking system. Payments can be made by invoice or credit card. If you do not find any suitable apartment, please contact us directly and let us know your needs: info@basellodging.com

  • Can I cancel a reservation?

    Yes, up to 75 days before the start of your stay. Please read our General Terms & Conditions carefully.

  • What kind of apartments are available for rent?

    Many apartment owners and tenants rent out their apartments during the big exhibitions to guests from all over the world. They often travel during that time or stay in their holiday homes outside of Basel. The bigger part of our apartments are private apartments that can only be rented for certain periods.

  • Is there a minimum stay?

    Yes. During Baselworld, there is a minimum stay of 5 nights; for apartments close to the fair, the minimum stay is 7 nights. During Art Basel, the minimum stay is 4 nights and for apartments close to the fair it is 6 nights. Special conditions apply for some of the apartments. The minimum stay varies for stays at other times of the year.

  • How do I get the keys to the apartment?

    You will receive the keys to your apartment at our check-in desk at Hotel Ramada Plaza. Should our desk already be closed, the reception of the hotel will hand over the keys to you. Our driver will bring you and your luggage directly to your apartment. If you arrive later than our service hours, you will receive a taxi voucher.

  • Is there a possibility to order breakfast?

    For CHF 31.- per person/day your breakfast will be served at Hotel Ramada Plaza. You can either order your breakfast voucher at the time of booking or once you arrive.

  • What amenities do the apartments offer?

    All our apartments are equipped with the amenities of a hotel room. Should you still miss anything (like a hair dryer or an ironing board), please let us know immediately and we will do our best to organize it for you.
